Persyaratan:
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and good communication skills
- S1 Food Technology/Industrial Engineering/Agriculture/Forestry
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Quality Assurance Food Company
- Understand Food Manufacturing Standards like Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System/HACCP, Halal, Organic, Fair Trade
- Good computer skills
- Strong personality and able to work under pressure/deadlines
- Leadership skill and able to work and in team
- Understand document controlling
- Report on frequent base to Quality & Food Safety Manager
- Conduct internal quality audits (GMP, HACCP, Glass, Halal)
- Prepare and lead audits from second and third parties (Customer audit, ISO 22000, Organic, Kosher, Halal and Fair Trade)
- Provide customer request (questionnaire, supporting documents)
- Perform internal training and follow up external training
- Document controlling
- Regulation update
