Persyaratan:
- 3 years min project management experience in IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree Informatic Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge and have experience Website & Mobile apps programming.
- Must have excellent client management skills in order to create and maintain positive relations.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to work with all levels of the organization (leadership, sales, analysts, development, QA, finance, operations, etc).
- Ability to proactively detect potential issues and risks, along with implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
- Good knowledge in PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Java and C/C++.
- Experience in Android and iOS platform will be an advantage.
- Experience in Project Management tool such as teamwork will be an advantage.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Facilitating discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders, such as analysts, applications programmers and clients.
- Designing software and system architecture with OOP methodology.
- Managing and reviewing the execution plan across the programmers team.
- Contribute in team building, coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations, monitoring, reviewing and appraising job.
