Persyaratan:

  • Relationship Management: able to maintain strong relationships with customers, management, and the rest of the programming team. Fast response times with reliable internet connection
  • Reliability: Complete tasks on schedule, within budget, and within quality requirements under little supervision
  • Good Character: Integrity, honesty, friendliness, flexibility
  • An ideal candidate will have experience with running production systems on Linux.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Customer Service and Sales Management: Ensure the customer experience is accessible and memorable by effectively managing all day-to-day customer service functions including: FAQs, refunds, exchanges or inquiries, complaints, live chat, and all other direct response to customers. Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Supply Chain Management: Inventory management, sales to order entries, provide training on service standards and methods to third party vendors and ensure compliance, support Operations Manager in preparing monthly accounting systems.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop Key Performance Indicators and create regular reports based on the identified metrics to measure sales, growth, targets, and business challenges.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on Key Performance Indicators, and make recommendations based on the data. Work closely with Founder to develop strategies and proposals to accelerate and sustain business growth.
