Persyaratan:

• Have experience enlarging a product or brand
• Minimum 3 years experience as Sales/ Product manager in Techical Products
• Strong Managerial and Field Skills, including planning, directing, motivating, executing
• Good analytical skills, good communicaton skills, aggressive, having strategic planning and good result oriented
• Already has Customer Network in the Industry/ Power Plant/ Petrochemical/ Mining/ Infrastructure Project foe engineering goods
• Accustomed to making sales and promotion programs
• Marketing Management and Execution
• Excellent achievement  of selling Technical goods

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Setting sales target and strategic plan periodically
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Sell engineering products to his/her industrial network
• Conducting survey and analysis of market trends, market competitors.
• Making a product known and used by most industries in Indonesia
• Price list review.
• Set marketing and promotion budgeting
• Attending & making a workshop, show and any other event related of the products.
• Managing stock.
• Providing periodical product knowledge to sales and customers.
• Presentation to customers & prospecting customers.
• Get product purchase contract
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Build a good marketplace
